Wired 101 This is a two session workshop. In session one, learn which tools are used to create wire jewelry, what gauges (sizes) of wire to use for different projects, and properties of different types of wires such as copper, brass, enamel, German style, sterling, and gold filled. Techniques covered include the perfect loop, connectors and clasps, caged beads. Kick it up a notch in session two. Learn how to make complex charms and custom clasps, ear wires, and more. There is ample time for questions and practice. Students are not expected to bring any tools. Everything is provided by the instructor.
